It was bought as a gift for me in April. Delivery was same day. The service was fantastic. Before I got it, I requested some information that was answered quickly and efficiently. I have been using it now for just over a month, and although the shave is not as close and smooth as a normal razor, it is brilliant and saves a lot of time in comparison. Charging on the wireless charger takes very long but the USB cable supplied charge fast enough. The battery also lasts a long time. I have not used any of the additional bits yet, but the travel case provided is nice and sturdy and the beanie is great. Definitely worth it.
I have been shaving my head with a hair clipper (with no guard) for more than 15years now and its always been a pain in the neck. Its never close enough, grows too quickly, and makes a huge mess.
