How much does delivery cost and how long does it take?

Local express delivery to your door is free on every order over R800. Standard delivery lands within 1 to 3 business days anywhere in South Africa. We don't deliver over weekends, so anything ordered late Friday gets moving again Monday.

What if it turns out it's not for me?

If it's still sealed, you've got 30 days from the day it arrives to send it back for a full refund. Fill out the return form on your orders page, attach the label we email you, and ship it back. A couple of things to note: return shipping is on you, and once the seal's broken it can't come back for hygiene reasons.

Is my gear covered by a warranty?

Yes. Every piece of ScapeGear mechanical gear is covered by up to a 1-year limited warranty against defects in workmanship and materials. If something fails that shouldn’t have, we’ll repair or replace it. Normal wear and tear is not covered.

What payment options do you have?

All major cards, plus buy now pay later through PayFlex and PayJustNow if you'd rather split it into smaller payments. Same gear, smaller hit up front.
