Returns Policy

You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to return it for a full refund, opened or not. Return postage is for your account.

How to return

  1. Open your order on your orders page and fill in the return form (the 30-DAY RETURN link). Your order number is your proof of purchase.
  2. We email you a return label and a link to upload your waybill. Print the label and attach it to the parcel.
  3. Courier the parcel back to us and upload the waybill.
  4. We refund you once the parcel reaches our depot and we have checked it.

Bought a bundle? You can return one item and keep the rest. We refund the item you send back.

Damaged, faulty or wrong item
Check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, email us at assist@scapegear.com straight away so we can make it right. Every device carries a 12-month limited warranty.
